4 ways to get rid of love handles

Did life kick you in the rear this morning when you tried to put on your favorite jeans and they no longer fit? Were your love handles bulging out over your low-rider denim? Are you starting to think you might have to stop wearing cut-off t-shirts and 4-button, low-waisted pants this season?

When summer comes, you know you want to show off your fine body walking down the street or at the beach. So you lounged around all winter long and accumulated ice cream fat that went straight to your saddle bags. Get yourself in shape long before anybody asks is you’re pregnant.

4 Ways to get rid of love handles

1. Bend and Stretch: Exercise.

Do some Yoga. Get all spiritual with it and prey to the guru of love handles to eliminate the fat deposits on your midsection. Combine stretching and bending with some serious crunches. Performing a daily series of abdominal exercises to work out all muscle areas will tone your midriff into fine form.

2. Eat right.

Put down the cookies, cake and French fries and pick up carrots, proteins and fruit juices. A balanced diet with complete nutrition is optimal for burning fat. You can’t burn fat if you don’t burn more calories than you eat. The secret is to find the right balance for your body.

3. Work it out!

Learn to love the gym and go for hard-core cardio workouts. Get yourself on the treadmill 5 times a week for an hour at a time. Burn the fat. If stationary running isn’t your scene, any cardio activity such as biking, swimming or playing any sport that gets you hot, sweaty and your pulse racing (no, that doesn’t count as a sport) will do the trick.

4. Aqua.

Water, the life giving fluid. Everyone knows our bodies are 90% water and it only makes sense to replenish it on a daily basis. Drinking 8 glasses or one gallon of water per day will help to balance the body, flush out the system and promote general good health. You’ll have nicer skin, too!
